The efficiency of Group Decision Support Systems (GDSS) and related
collaborative systems is an aid to globalisation. This study investigated the
impact of appropriation of technology and participation by groups on decision
outcomes. Data was collected from collaborative online trials with students
from Sweden and New Zealand.
