Free evening, Wednesday 3rd July
On Wednesday evening there is an opportunity to sample some of the cafes for which Hamilton is renowned. These cafes are within walking distance of the conference venue and a full list will be available at the conference registration desk.

Scott's Epicurean Cafe has agreed to put on a Jazz night with a 4 course dinner at $45 per person for a maximum of 50 people so be in quick, you can book on your registration forms.

Sightseeing Tours
The programme for this years conference is slightly changed from previous years and allows for some less intense activites on the Thursday afternoon. These tours have been scheduled as a result of feedback from delegates at previous conferences, wanting to see more of the city where the conference is being held and also to have some time to talk to their colleagues. We do hope that delegates will take this opportunity and make this a successful afternoon. This is an excellent opportunity to network informally and also see some of the beautiful Waikato region.

Delegates may choose from three tours we have arranged:

Tour 1 Waipa Delta, travel on the Waikato river boat for an afternoon tea cruise $20
Tour 2 Vineyard tours and wine tasting in the Waikato $45
Tour 3 Hamilton City including the Hamilton Gardens and Candyland $40
Please book these tours on the registration forms

Conference Dinner, Thursday 4th July
“The grass is greener” is the Waikato’s new theme so we are having a country & western dress up barn dance! There will be “line dancing” demos to start the evening and then there will also be a variety of music to suit the tastes of all the delegates. Brush off those setsons, and shine the boots, lets dance.
PS Did someone ask for a bucking bronco?
